Welcome to the Production Team!
The production team is the behind-the-scenes force that helps create an excellent worship experience through the use of technology. This team is responsible for managing the audio, video, lighting, slides, and livestream, and other technical elements that support both in-person and online services. Whether it’s mixing sound, operating cameras, running slides, or setting the right atmosphere with lighting, each team member plays a critical role in enhancing worship and ensuring the message is clearly seen and heard. They bring creativity and clarity to every service.
This team is for individuals who enjoy working with technology, problem-solving, or serving behind the scenes. No prior experience is required—just a heart to serve and a willingness to learn. If you are unsure where your interests may be or want to just jump in, setup and teardown is a great place to start. You’ll have the chance to get to know the rest of the team while learning about all the different areas. Training is provided – come nerd out with us!
